Building Craftsmen (Yeovil) Ltd were successful in tendering for and constructing a prestige 4 bedroom detached property in Templecombe.

The property was constructed using a local natural stone, including dressed stone features, lintels and quoins under a natural slate roof. External windows and doors were a mix of high performance uPVC, powder coated aluminium folding doors and bespoke hardwood doors. Internal features included a hand painted kitchen with solid marble tops, double aspect fire place and bespoke hand made storage and cupboards. Limestone flooring was laid throughout.Heating and hot water installations included an Air Source Heat Pump providing an efficient and green installation.

External landscaping included tarmac and gravel driveway and a large patio area laid with reproduction paving.
