Building Craftsmen (Yeovil) Ltd were successful in tendering for and constructing a two storey extension, glazed link and conversion of a garage to office and guest accommodation.

The works included a two storey extension in traditional construction with a render finish to match the existing property. Aluminium windows and glazing throughout, including bi-folding doors.

New derange solution, including pumping station, storage tank and new irrigation system to disperse waste water.

Heating, hot water installations and electrical installations were upgraded and connected to the systems in the existing dwelling.

External landscaping included a large patio area laid with reproduction paving.
