Building Craftsmen (Yeovil) Ltd were successful in tendering for and constructing a new 2 bedroom chalet bungalow in South Petherton.

The property was constructed using a local natural stone, including brickwork features, under a natural slate roof. External windows and doors were powder coated aluminium including French doors and entrance doors. Internal features included a bespoke kitchen, hardwood internal doors and pocket doors, and bespoke hardwood staircase. Limestone flooring was laid throughout ground floor.

Heating and hot water installations included an Air Source Heat Pump providing an efficient and green installation.

External landscaping included tarmac driveway, bespoke gates and a patio area laid with reproduction paving. A detached garage was also constructed in matching stone and timber boarding under a plain tile roof.
